What to expect

Typical classes are structured with a warm-up followed by strength exercises and/or the workout of the day (WOD).

As for what to expect? Expect the unexpected. CrossFit's programming includes constantly varied, functional movements. That means you will experience a variety of exercises using a variety of equipment with a variety of sets, reps, and intensity level.

EVERYONE is capable of participating in CrossFit classes. The beauty of the movements is that they are scalable for each person's particular needs.

The best place to start is where you are at!

Foundations Classes

Foundations classes are for people that want to learn more about CrossFit, what to expect when showing up to a class for the first time, and foundational CrossFit movements. This class will run from 9:00a.m. - 11:30a.m.
