WODs are posted on our Facebook page at 7:00 P.M. the evening before.
This is the Workout Of the Day (WOD). All levels are welcome to participate in this class.
This class is for women that are over 50 years of age. The Diamond Ladies complete the scheduled daily WOD. Women in this class generally have limited experience with the movements of CrossFit and class is structured to accommodate those who may be limited in their movement abilities.
This class focuses on improving strength and mechanics with the use of the barbell and Olympic lifts. All levels are welcome to participate in barbell club.
Yoga poses are chosen to help the body relax, recharge and heal. As the body begins to open and the mind quiets, students flow smoothly into yoga poses and the demands of life off the yoga mat. Receive individualized attention as you explore the fundamentals of standing and seated yoga, backbends and twists. Class ends with guided relaxation. Beginners welcome.
This class is for kids in grades K - 4. CrossFit Kids teaches kids fundamental movements through play and games.
Foundations classes are for people that want to learn more about CrossFit, what to expect when showing up to a class for the first time, and foundational CrossFit movements. This class will run from 9:00a.m. - 11:30a.m.
